Neovidual Powers/abilities In brief: Moonwill transforms moonlight into concentrated bio-electric energy that manifests as energy sabers extending from his wrists. He has yet to encounter a form of inorganic matter that his energy blades cannot cut. There is much that Moonwill does not understand about the blades he creates- such as why they will not harm flesh of the innocent, but will harm that of the devious. He can control his mass at will without loosing strength or speed; allowing him to leap for miles as if there were little gravity. Moonwill can teleport by walking into one shadow & emerging from another nearby. When he teleports by "hopping shadows" he must do so quickly as when he is teleporting between shadows there is no air so he is unable to breath in transit.
